On August 14 Joe Jonas got to be a member of the NYPD. He was spotted hamming it up
in a New York City Police Department uniform complete with a fake
moustache and police-issued aviator sunglasses as he "directed traffic"
at Columbus Circle. He even pretending to handcuff one of the young fans he spotted hanging around. (Right) |  |
